Jeep Grand Cherokee under U.S. investigation for possible fuel tank defects

Federal regulators are investigating 3 million Jeep Grand Cherokees in an effort to ascertain whether more than a dozen post-crash fires and deaths are linked to the positioning of the SUV's fuel tank. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration revealed its preliminary examination of 1993-2004 Jeep models ascertained there were 13 deaths in 10 crashes “possibly associated with the alleged defect.” Read More....
